RFP Amendment 1
Revision to Parcel's That Can Be Developed
The Cherokee Farm Development Corporation (“CFDC”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to define leasing requirements; solicit proposals; detail proposal requirements; and outline CFDC’s process for evaluating proposals and selecting a Proposer to enter into an agreement to lease the Leased Premises to design, construct, operate, and maintain the Hotel and Conference Center Development.
The RFP process includes three phases:
Phase 1 - includes an initial response from proposers providing information on qualifications, experience, financial capability, preliminary schedule, and conceptual design;
Phase 2 - includes the submittal of a more detailed program and site plan, refined schedule, and operating and financial plan including rent or other consideration to CFDC;
Phase 3 – includes the finalist negotiation with the best evaluated proposer.
